2011 BEAN BLOSSOM BIKER FEST in Bean Blossom, IN       Almost a decade old... and still kicking ass!       I like this show... been here a few times and it's always a great weekend.       Some decent to good bands playing the main stage. A secondary covered beer garden with pool tables, gogo pole, even more live bands and built in bar. Vendor row. And of course lots of things to do and people riding around throwing beads like graffiti at a wedding... and partying all night long in the campgrounds.       The Saturday afternoon bike show and field events are a cut above what you usually see at rallies, and both are a lot of fun and done right. Especially the motorcycle show, they set up a couple of circus tents in the field and hand out home made trophies after some VERY serious judging. Bragging rights from this motorcycle show are obviously something highly coveted, maybe because they've got Easy Riders and Biker magazines out there shooting so you know some of the top bikes are going to be featured scooters in some future edition.       Bean Blossom is a really solid once a year party. The kind of show that people go back to year after year... and bring their friends. Everyone's really cool and friendly, the campgrounds are crazy, the bands are pretty good and there's always something to do. Which is why this rally keeps growing and getting bigger and better every summer.       The Bean Blossom has a good ''feel'' to it and it's just the right size. Not so big you get lost and can't find your friends, but plenty big enough to throw down and have a hellova weekend.
