Once a fairly common occurance at carnivals around the country the motorcycle wall of death stunt shows are now a dying breed. The California Hell Riders are one of the very few left, and one of my personal favorites.
A four man show, they still use vintage motorcycles and an old school wooden track for their show.
Standing up on the platform looking down on the Hell Riders, listening to the roar of the bikes, smelling the exhaust and feeling the entire apparatus vibrate while they whip around the track brings me way back to the local state fair when I was a little kid.
It's a good feeling and it still makes me grin.
