2012 MID AMERICA MOTORCYCLE EXPO
A solid indoor show with some very cool bikes.
It's my second time up at the Mid America Motorcycle expo in Evansville Indiana and it was every bit as good as I remembered it.
Lot's of motorcycles, trikes and some custom choppers, vendors, a couple of live bands and swap meet parts guys and a bike show pretty well sum it up. I like the way they have the voting ALL public, every winner at this expo was voted on by the crowd so there was no behind closed door decisions like some other shows.
I liked this expo. Kind of small town grass roots mixed with high class custom builders, it had a little bit of everything. And of course the now world famous custom motorcycle build for ''Toys for Tots'' was unveiled to the public for the first time here during the show last January, it's cool to see it out back exactly one year later where it all started out.
Like I said, I liked this show and I'm looking forward to it again next season. It's a solid indoor bike expo and pretty good for something to do in the middle of January.
Biker BoB gives this show 7/10 beer cans
